Former gymnast, joyful triathlete, and outdoor enthusiast, I've always loved fitness and I've grown a limitless passion for helping people be active, healthy, and happy. Personal Trainer since more than 5 years, I've helped many clients achieve their fitness goals and my best reward is to witness the glow of happiness it brings to their life. Workout

You'll get a tailor-made training programme, with your workout calendar and session plans. Your programme is regularly updated based on your workout tracking and fitness data.

Nutrition

In addition to personalised 'Eat Well' guidance, you can - if you wish to - have a food plan made for you, and track your food intake to get regular food plan updates.

Support

On top of your 'formal' weekly check-ins, you'll get continuous support through live messaging for motivation, advice and answers to your questions.

App account

If you opt for hybrid or online training, you'll have your personal account on one of the best fitness training app to follow and track your workouts and nutrition. The app also integrates with popular activity tracking wearable devices.

1-to-1 video calls

Depending on the plan you choose, you'll have a weekly 1-to-1 training sessions through video call or pre-recorded follow-along video, and/or a monthly consultation with your personal trainer through video call.

I very much enjoy training with Claire, she always gives 100% focus to supporting me as a client. When we started training together she asked me what I wanted to achieve - and I wanted to be more flexible, have better balance and understand if I was progressing - Claire has through her training delivered on all of this for me. Claire designed a programme specific to me which has achieved results and through regular ( but not too often assessments) I can see the progress I have made which has kept me motivated to move on. Claire has picked on areas where I need to focus such as strengthening muscles that support my knee, ankle mobility and hip flexors, and when we train together she always checks to ensure that my form is good. Its also fun too - as well as my programme, which she adapts regularly to keep challenging and improving me - our PT sessions together are always varied, interesting and fun and perhaps most of all Claire has helped to build my confidence in my own ability to improve, and to challenge myself.

Asking Claire to get me in shape for a 10K was the best decision I made. I loved that she came to every workout telling me what we would be working on that day, and that every workout was different. Claire is very creative with her workouts and always provides new plyometric exercises to keep your body guessing. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude made the experience really enjoyable.
